Stayed in site 89 four days. Very quiet. Great location to the canyon and waterfalls. No WiFi at the sites. I would highly recommend this campground during high waterfall times.
Sites are close together. many sites close to street. Very expensive. Standard size donut will not fit in the septic connection. Most people had a brick or sack of sand to hold the red elbow tube to the sewer. Campground store had very little supplies, so come equipped with everything. Now the good. Sites are very clean. Early entry to the parks. Bathroom and laundry also clean. I will never camp here ever again.
I would give this campground a 10, but I prefer sewer hookups. We stopped here on our way to Disney. A very nice and quiet campground. Please see my Disney Camp Wilderness review.
Nice campground. Our site was on the intercoastal waterway side. Beaches are very close. Sunset grille is a great place to dine and watch the sunset. My only gripe would be the high price.
Nice gravel sites in the shade. Good view of the lake and Stone Mountain. Friendly staff. Bath houses were not clean! If this was a campground without the theme park, I would rate it lower.
Beautiful mountain side campground. Only minutes away from the Biltmore and Asheville. Very accommodating staff. Very clean bath houses. Steep grade uphill so be sure you are properly rigged.
